As an ordained leader, my journey before founding Faith in Growth involved building a thriving subscription community from the ground up.

Over five years, we maintained hundreds of dedicated members without relying on a single Facebook ad or marketing gimmick.

Our success relied solely on organic word-of-mouth because people truly valued what we offered.I share this to illustrate the core principle of our current mission: genuine growth is not bought with a massive budget.It happens when you create an environment where individuals feel a profound sense of belonging. When someone finally feels at home, they naturally share that experience with others.

 

After that chapter closed, I followed a divine calling to use those professional lessons and I could have gone back and worked in a corporate legal world but I instead allowed Christ to lead me down the path that He chose for me, and that was to serve the church.

 

Faith in Growth is the result of that transition. It is designed to help others connect deeply with God and one another using proven strategies for sustainable, platform-independent expansion.

 

We believe church growth shouldn't be about hype or glossy brochures. It should be built on the foundation of authentic community.
